Do I have to use my Hookup on the same day I purchase it?
No. Most promotions last for at least 30 days.
My name is on a Hookup I bought as a gift, can I still give it to my friend?
Yes. A gift can be redeemed by a non-purchaser unless otherwise stated.
Does The Daily Hookup protect my credit card information?
Yes, The Daily Hookup is secure. Your credit card information is not saved on our servers. It is directly transmitted via a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
What if I buy a Hookup and the merchant goes out of business?
We’ll refund you immediately, just write a message to support@thedailyhookup.com, or call 1-855-ON-THE-DH.
I am moving away, can I transfer my account to another city?
Of course. Change your personal account information to reflect the city you are moving to or visiting.
Is a Hookup good at businesses with multiple locations?
Most local offers are good at a specific location, unless otherwise stated as part of the special offer. National Hookups are almost always redeemable online at our merchant partner’s website, although occasionally available at local locations around the country. Each Hookup will specify how you can redeem.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Send a request to supoort@thedailyhookup.com to cancel or change an order. Note that you must cancel or change an offer before it expires.
How do I use my Hookup?
After the charge goes through, an email will be sent to your inbox with instructions on how to use your Hookup. Print out your voucher and redeem it at the merchant. It’s as simple as that!
How much do you give to charity?
The Daily Hookup gives up to 5% of annual profits to Parents, Friends and Families of Lesbians and Gays, and to the Ali Forney Center in New York.
Can I change the credit card associated with my account?
Yes, very easily. Change your payment or personal account information by logging into the My Account section and clicking the Credit Cards tab.
I know someone who'd love the current Hookup. Can I buy it for them?
The Daily Hookup is all about giving, and gift giving is no exception. Click the gift-option icon -- a nicely wrapped present -- on your checkout page.
When is my credit card billed?
Your credit card is billed after you have successfully completed a purchase.
My Hookup expired, now what?
You should always use your Hookup by the expiration date to take advantage of the promotion. If your Hookup expires, your code should still be worth the amount you paid. If you have any problems redeeming, please email us as support@thedailyhookup.com.
How do I refer a friend?
Click the “Refer a Friend” link located at the top of The Daily Hookup’s webpage.
I don’t want to receive your emails anymore, how can I disable them?
Simply click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any email sent from The Daily Hookup.

It depends on your definition. We connect you and your friends to authentic, honest, detail-conscious brands with an exclusive promotion. We think that’s the best kind of hookup!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards through American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
I think I bought an offer, but I don’t have the voucher. How can I get it?
A voucher with your unique code is emailed to you at purchase. You can also always find your voucher code in the My Hookups section of your user account and print a voucher from the that page.
Do all offers work the same?
Every exclusive offer is unique, but all of the necessary information you’ll need appears on the “Offer” page before you press “Buy” or the “Your Purchase” page after you press “Buy.”
My credit card had a problem processing yesterday’s deal. Is the deal still redeemable?
Yes. Please provide proof that you tried to purchase yesterday’s deal and contact support@thedailyhookup.com.
